OPEC's Barkindo: Oil market is not yet out of the woods

In an interview with Reuters, OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo argued that the oil market was not out of the woods but said that he was optimistic that healthy demand would hold throughout 2019. "The main objective of the oil supply cut deal is to ensure inventory build-up above 5-year average is avoided," Barkindo further explained.
