Fed's Yellen: Some policies being discussed in Washington may raise deficits or help productivity

During a testimony at the Senate Banking Committee, Fed's Chairwoman Janet Yellen noted that some policies being discussed in Washington may raise deficits or help productivity.  "Not simple to evaluate", she said.
